A coffee roasters Singapore story:
Ah Poh’s passion for coffee begun in 1963 when he started the lifelong coffee journey in Singapore as a street hawker at Beo Cres. Single handedly, bearing rain and shine weather, alongside his basic makeshift stall was a foldable table, manual hand-pulled diesel coffee grinding machine; grinding on the spot. What our customers got was the freshest roasted traditional local Nanyang coffee or kopi, every time.

During that time, Singapore was already beginning to enforce all street hawkers to be relocated off the street for better hygiene management across the island. And very soon Ah Poh was resettled at Beo Crescent Market as one of the pioneer hawkers in 1964. Patronizing the stall, we have customers and friends from the neighbourhood as well as regular customers from afar who enjoy our traditional Nanyang local coffee or kopi.

His wife, Ah Geok started helping out at the coffee business when children were at manageable age. Side by side, Ah Poh and Ah Geok have struggled on and persevered until today, still insisting on quality at reasonable price. They believe everyone should be able to enjoy a good quality cup of coffee and able to comfortably afford them, whether it is traditional kopi, kopi o, espresso, latte, etc..

In recent years, on the trend with more demand for specialty and gourmet coffee, we have started a gourmet-quality coffee range for our customers, after countless trials and tasting to get the best flavor and aromatic coffee blends. We continually seek out areas to improve and looking for quality coffee beans and other products.

Poh & Geok Coffee was conceptualized in 2019 and officially created in 2020 as our online arm. It was named after Ah Poh and Ah Geok, to express simplicity and humility in terms of our attitude towards business and our customers. There is nothing fancy and elaborate, we only work hard and do our best to provide great quality products at a reasonable price for you.

Ah Poh的咖啡旅程就从1963年开始，在Beo Cres街上卖本地传统南洋咖啡粉。带着一个桌子和咖啡豆磨机当街卖当街磨。都是最新鲜的传统南洋咖啡。当时新加坡已经开始当中，要搬迁所有街边小贩到设定的吧杀摊位。

Ah Poh在1964分配到Beo Crescent吧杀，直到现在。我们的常客有的在邻里有的在偏远地区，都是喜欢我们传统南洋咖啡的香味味道而来。

Ah Geok，Ah Poh的老婆就当孩子稍微大一些也开始帮忙咖啡生意。他们的信念都是我们传统南洋咖啡和任何产品的品质一定要好，但是不能太贵一定要让顾客买的有价值。包括我们新加坡传统南洋咖啡和西式咖啡，还有其他产品。 

波玉咖啡在2019年概念化当作网上店面，而在2020年创办。我们努力把好品质的咖啡还有所有其他的产品在合理的价格，提供给你们。
